My little daily ritual is to always get on my iPhone during my lunch break and check out exactly what Oprah is going to be about that day, since I do record on my DVR. If it’s something amazing, like a celebrity but I would love to see, I can get excited about watching it as soon as I get home from work, which makes me lame, I know. However, if it is something that is boring, like watching her talk about a new gadget, then I can plan on doing something else, like focusing on cooking dinner for my family. I take pleasure in the small things!
Apparently, Oprah’s show currently has the lowest ratings in its history since 1983, which must be a huge crushing blow for Oprah, especially since she likes to have the final say on any pop culture topic in the world. Why are less and less people watching her show? Her ratings at right now are 3.2 for households, making them not too impressive at all. I am wondering exactly what she is going to do to come back from this, especially since she is so famous for her creative giveaways to get audience attention and catch more viewers!
