Great news! There are actually a few easy New Year’s resolutions that you can keep to make you feel proud of your achievements. There is nothing more depressing than vowing to give up smoking cold turkey or lose 20 pounds in 30 days, only to fail. For a brighter outlook to 2010, I did some research on my iPhone to find out the most achievable New Year’s resolutions.
First of all, stop smoking socially. If you are someone who just has a cigarette when you are drinking or out with friends, that is still damaging to your health and easily avoidable! Next on the list from my trusty old iPhone is to stop snacking late at night! This is something that you can also control, and it is simply a bad habit. It’s not a good idea to eat heavy snack foods before you go to bed, and the easiest way to stay slim is to avoid eating before bedtime. Last on the list is a fun favorite, which is flossing. You can easily stick to the resolution of flossing regularly to prevent cavities and gum disease. Not only that, but it will make your smile bright and beautiful!
