- Use a hypoallergenic and fragrance free moisturizer if you have sensitive skin.
- The best way to care for your skin is by eating whole fruits and vegetables, drinking enough water, and getting enough sleep!
- To protect the health of your teeth, eat Cheddar, Swiss, and Gouda cheeses to prevent the growth of bacteria in your mouth.
- To reduce existing stretch marks, use a laser therapy treatment.
- To prevent damage in the surface of your skin, avoid sun exposure, smoking, and added stress.
- Gently comb your eyebrow hair upward to clip the ends with small scissors so that your brows lay flat and look groomed.
