iPod Juice Swipes Scam Fears Away

A press release by ipodjuice caught my attention since it talked about all the things ipodjuice is doing to put their customers’ fears to rest so they don’t think ipodjuice is a scam.  They came up with some great ideas like offering tours, putting in video cameras so you can watch their workers.  It’s a great idea.  I buy parts from them all the time and know like half of their staff on a first name basis.  So the idea that ipodjuice will scam you is quite ridculous.  I suppose, like any company, if you get one or two people that had a bad experience, they jump and google ipodjuice scam or create an account with a forum and make some biased comment about what happened.  The owner of the company puts his cell phone on the site, something we haven’t done just yet, but as we grow bigger, maybe.  I think it says a lot when you can instant message, text, or call the main dude directly.  Of course, most of the calls this guy gets must be thanks or gratitude, since ipodjuice is a highly reputable company and their customer feedbacks on their site is proof of that, not to mention the multitude of blog posts saying that they are good people. Well, off to order some more parts from yep you guesssed it ipodjuice.
